Tonight we are playing Zorya Luhansk in our first Europa League group stage match, and we are hoping to kick it off with a bang!
Let’s hope we can go out their in our first match and show our group what we are made of!

We are missing Jamie Vardy and Cags in our opening match tonight, which is a shame and we are going to miss those two in tonight’s match, and we are going to miss Soyuncu for the next couple of months as well…
Along with Vardy being injured, we have left Slimani out of the 25 man squad for Europe, so that means we have Kelechi Iheanacho to play up front for 90 minutes… OR do we play Perez in his natural position now?! Perez came to the club as a CF but has played as a winger for the majority of the season, and we as fans can see he does NOT suit that roles…

This is what Leicester Fan Tv Sam had to say on Perez playing for us up front….
“We should play Perez in his natural position. He is a good player, but he is not a winger. When we see him play on the wing, he looks lost and doesn’t play well in that role, but when we have seen him move into that Striker and Centre Forward role he has looked 10x better, and has been the better player on the pitch. Maybe with all our injuries, this would be good for perez as he should play in his natural role as we need to make the most of every player!”

“There’s no doubt that with all the games that we’ll have to make changes. But our squad isn’t deep enough to make wholesale changes because of the number of injuries that we have,” said manager Brendan Rodgers.

On Slimani’s absence in the squad, he added: “The squad had to be handed in much earlier than the Premier League squad and unfortunately, thinking maybe he [Slimani] wasn’t going to be here, that’s the reason why.”

Leicester will also be without midfielder Wilfred Ndidi, 23, who has a hip injury and Ricardo Pereira, 27, is a long-term absentee with an Achilles injury.
