Our Number.1 keeper Kasper Schmeichel looked like he was going to miss this period of International duty, but he did feature in Denmark’s match against Iceland, but he took a nasty knock after getting kneed into the head, and walking off the pitch during his International match.

Kasper Schmeichel injury update after blow to head before Leicester City's trip to Liverpool - Leicestershire Live

Us Foxes Fans are all waiting to hear some good news, and it is still uncertain as of yet if his head injury will see him feature this weekend against Liverpool… Let’s hope so!

To help us, we have seen Kasper back in Denmark’s training,
While his international manager Kasper Hjulmand said Schmeichel had not been concussed and that he “looked better after the match”, there would have been understandable concern over the 34-year-old, who was hit hard by Albert Gudmundsson’s thigh as he came to collect a long ball.

This is what Leicester Fan Tv’s Sam had to say about Kasper returning this weekend…
“Hopefully we see Kasper back in action this weekend against Liverpool, and i don’t want to see him play anymore matches for Denmark. With a slight injury, and a concussion risk, we need him fit a ready for Leicester. We can’t take anymore knocks this season, and we need our skipper back in the net this weekend!
International break has been poor. This time around they have squeezed 3 matches into less than a 2 week period, which is stupid, and with coronavirus, there has been more cases among players, and more injuries as we have seen Kasper and Under on the fringes after this International break…”

what do you think to Kasper coming back into the team?
