In this article we will be discussing the players that have joined their national team for the 2022 Qatar World Cup, talking about their traits, how well we think they will do and how much game time they will get/ deserve…

Youri Tielemans to Arsenal transfer move explained as Granit Xhaka proves Mikel Arteta right - football.london

Youri Tielemans – Firstly, this man has been on fire in the past 10 matches and has worked his way into favor at Leicester, becoming a solid Midfielder we all know he can be.
He is travelling to the World Cup this year on fire, and should secure his place in the starting 11 for Belgium alongside Kevin De Bruyne.
After his form at Leicester he should be going into the spotlight a lot with Belgium playing alongside some world class team mates, but what does this hold for his future at Leicester?
He is out of contract in summer 2023, and with the World Cup finishing just before January transfer window, will we see him go to another club? Will we hold onto him and try and give him a new contract? Will Tielemans ever play for Leicester again?!
We think Youri will start in the majority of games as a Holding CM for Belgium and we also think that Belgium will get to the Quarter-Finals this year.

FPL: Why you must transfer in Timothy Castagne ahead of gameweek 16

Timothy Castagne – After some injuries in the past 2 years he has worked hard to come back stronger and better. After a shaky start to the season as a RB he has been consistent, solid and in form for the Foxes in the past 8 matches, working his way into Belgium’s World Cup side this year!
Timmy will be going as a solid option for Belgium, and hopefully he will make some appearances for them, being a very consistently solid player and on form at this moment of time.
We think he Will make a handful of appearances for Belgium and as he is one of their better options in that position we think he could be starting in every match!

Wout Faes has single-handedly transformed Leicester's defence from soppy to solid

Wout Faes – Wout came to Leicester for £15 Million pounds with some big boots to fill after the departure of £80 Million Fofana to Chelsea, and what a job he has done!
He was thrown into some tough matches against Brighton & Spurs losing both matches by some margin, but as the Foxes turned things around this man has had a massive impact on that for us!
He has been consistent, and for a young, new lad in our squad he has become a leader in the back with the absence of Captain Jonny Evans, and he has worked his way into a role in the World Cup!
We think Faes will only make a few appearances for Belgium this World Cup, but this is only because of their sheer depth of CB going to the world Cup.
He will have the likes of Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Theatre & Debast competing for a spot. Belgium are used to Vertonghen & Alderweireld becoming the usual CB pairing, but as time goes on there is space for youngsters to grow. This could be the pairings last World Cup, so now is a great time for Leicester’s Faes to show Belgium what he’s got to offer!

James Maddison transfer latest: World Cup impact, Tottenham interest and Brendan Rodgers' comments - Leicestershire Live

James Maddison – Well, what else is there to say about this man. He has been on fire and the best English Midfielder for quite some time now, and only time would tell when he would finally make his first few appearances on the big stage for England!
Not only is this his first time in a major competition for England, he has only made 1 appearance for them… But now it is his time to show England and Southgate what he has to offer…We hope!
We all here think that Madders will only made a few sub appearances for England unless there are injuries, as good on form as we at Leicester all think he is, but this will be a major change up to Southgates system to play him in the starting 11 for the first time on the big stage, and as there is the likes of Sterling, Grealish, Mount, Foden all familiar with the England team, Maddison could see his fair share of time on the sidelines, but we all hope when/if he plays he shows them what he’s got!

Danny Ward's ironic interview about lack of Leicester City signings

Danny Ward – hats off to this man who has worked hard to get his place in Wales team for the World Cup.
In recent fixtures for Wales he has been on the sideline for them, losing out to Wayne Hennessey who is Forest 3rd team Keeper… But this was when Leicester sat dead last in the Premier League and had conceded the most goals, but as of recent he is 2nd in the league for most clean sheets and we are now sitting 12th in the league!
Surely Ward has worked his way back to Wale number 1 spot for the World Cup after putting in some great performances for Leicester, will we see him again in his number 1 spot again?!

Brendan Rodgers tries to explain why he keeps playing Daniel Amartey

Daniel Amartey – Amartey has worked hard in this Leicester team covering Evans spot throughout his injury. Yes, he can be inconsistent but he has been apart of this team that has only conceded 3 goals in 8 matches, so his place in the world cup is well deserved!
He will play for Ghana and be a solid Defender for them this world cup.
I think They will get knocked out in the group stage but they will put up a good fight!

Premier League : Nampalys Mendy fait (enfin) sa première apparition de la saison avec Leicester

Papy Mendy – Our final player going to the Qatar 2022 world cup is Mendy. He hasn’t featured as much as a lot of Leicester fans would have liked to see him, but he is back fit from his injury and has been picked into the team for Senegal.
They have a very decent team, and we think they will give the world cup group stage a chance, finishing 2nd and losing in the round of 16.
