After losing our first game this midweek against Everton, with Sigurðsson scoring a penalty coincided by Ndidi to make it 2-0 within the first 15 minutes and going into the second half 2-0 up… Nacho and Maddison came on at Half-Time to come and help, and a lucky bounce of Nacho’s head got us back into the game early on, but we did not capitalise on it and we ended up losing…

Now, we will face Crystal Palace this weekend, hoping to get our first win of the restart, and we are playing to fight for a top four place…

in our last five matches against Palace, we have lost 4 and won only 1, making it a pretty poor conversion rate, and we have conceded 12 goals in the past five matches against them!
In our last meeting earlier on in the season, we beat them away 2-0, but now we are not playing as well, what will the score be?!

in the last five Premier League matches, we have won 1, lost 2, and drawn 2, a pretty awful rate for a side sitting unsteadily in 3rd place.
Palace on the other hand, have won 3, and lost 2. Although there last 2 games have been losses, they are surely in better form then we are? Palace can’t get relegated, but they can’t get Europe Football either, so are they just playing for playing sake’s now?

Things you need to know going into the match:

Vardy has only got 2 goals since Christmas, allowing other players like Aubameyang and Ings to catch up, as they sit on 18 & 19 goals, equal top Vardy this season who was on 17 goals going into Christmas…

Palace are sitting without many injuries, and former Liverpool player has been given the ‘green light’ Benteke to lead the front line, could this cause the Foxes problems at corners and free kicks?

as far as injuries go, Palace will go into this game with a fully fit squad, but Leicester have got no Ricardo, and Maddison might not be fully fit to start.

How will we play this weekend? Surely we need to win if we are going to try and stay in the Champions League spot?
