Leicester 4-2 Watford
Leicester City get convincing 4-2 win to go 10th in the Premier League.
The Foxes knew what was on the line after recent poor performances and results.

They started the game with attacking intent and got their breakthrough just 16 minutes in through James Maddison, who was excellent in the encounter, scoring his second in his last 2 games.

At halftime, the foxes were 3-1 up thanks to 2 James Maddison assists for 2 Jamie Vardy goals. The English midfielder repaid his manager’s faith for recalling him into the squad with a goal and two assists to show for it.

Leicester continued to create chances before Emmanuel Dennis, a man in fine form, made it 3-2 to Leicester. Just 7 minutes later, Lookman sealed the game, putting Leicester 4-2 up and adding a devastating sting to the hornets hopes of winning. It was a comfortable victory after a bad run of form.

This was a real statement victory and a dominant performance, both of which were needed.

This result not only sends Leicester 10th but also continues the dominant victory they had midweek after the winless run that started after their cup win on penalties against Brighton.

Their next match is Southampton away on Wednesday.
