The Curtain Raiser Didn’t Disappoint

By JAMES HARLOW Fridaynight was the foxes first game of the 17/18 season with an away trip to Arsenal live on Sky. Maguire started his first game for the foxes and it was great to see Matty James back in a city shirt in the premier league. Lacazette scoring after just 2 mins, most of the Leicester fans were in shell shock as we weren’t expecting this, then before anyone could blink Maguire heads the ball back to Okazaki and its 1-1. What a great move to equalise. Albrighton then pings the most delightful cross and its Vardy, he doesn’t…

What Is Our Best 11 ?

Pre Season is over... was it a success, well as we have all been saying, pre season is ALL about fitness !! We haven't looked that amazing in pre season, but perhaps in today's game, people watch and read too much into these matches. Just a few seasons ago, few fans bothered to go and watch them, and they certainly weren't streamed to a global audience, so the focus in 2017 is far more on the results than the effort and fitness that the manager wants. Iheanacho Injured But Shakey Confirms He Will Play Arsenal

FAN REPORT by JAMES HARLOW Our final Pre-season game was last night at the King Power. But if we are honest here folks, the actual performance was not that good either !  Yes the starting 11 probably was a team splattered with what many of us would class as "reserve" team players, but the quality on the night from players such as Ulloa, Musa and a few more simply doesnt look like top 10…

Watching Leicester City As A Far Flung Fox

By James Harlow... Many of us make the journeys to go home and away week in week out to see the mighty foxes. Come rain, sun, sleet or snow our travelling faithful is always there in full voice and song. However, for some of our worldwide foxes these journeys are impossible, but what do these worldwide foxes do on a Saturday when it is match day. We follow a day in the life of one of foxes Corinne Carranza.... Corrine’s first game was against Oxford in May 1991, like most foxes due to family she has hooked and followed them…
