Chelsea V City Pre-Match

7 years ago     881 Views     Leave your thoughts

By Sam Holloway City have played Chelsea 24 times, winning only 4 of those matches, drawing 6 of them, and losing 14 times. this is quite common as Chelsea are a very good side, and are in good form at the moment Chelsea are hoping to win their third consecutive match against Leicester City to move up to third place. The Foxes are looking to bounce back from defeat against Crystal Palace by claiming a first Premier League win over Chelsea in six attempts. The only Chelsea absentee is Andreas Christensen (hamstring), but David Luiz, N'Golo Kante, Jorginho and Marcos Alonso are…

City Out Of The Cup

BY  100% SAM HOLLOWAY On Tuesday night, City played Manchester City in the cup... we went 1-0 down in the first 15 minutes to a cracking strike from Kevin De Bruyne... only for Mark Albrighton to come back with a final few minutes late goal. That goal managed to make it 1-1 and it went straight into penalties... it ended up a loss for us as Man City took the victory... This is probably the best time to play Man City because they are concentrating on…

Claude Puel, Youth Policy, Loan Signings and a Change in Strategy?

7 years ago     1926 Views     Leave your thoughts

By Scott Bentley At one point it was said that no matter where you were in Europe you were never more than 6ft away from someone “on loan from Chelsea.” A comical exaggeration of course but a sign of the vast scale of Chelsea’s infrastructure which appeared to include them buying every young player in Europe to send them out on a series of never ending loans.  A bit like a kid collecting their toys in the pram so no one else could play with them… the ongoing conveyor belt seen them loan players out before an inevitable sale, sometimes…
